Q: Lost or stolen package ?
A: Once a package is dropped off to the post office, Beauty by Brittni is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
Q: Can I Pick up my order ?
A: If you are located in the Broward County area and would like to pick up your purchase please send an e-mail to [email protected] or send a DM via Instagram to @beautybybrittni. We reserve the right to refuse the pick up/drop off option. Shipping via USPS is always available.
Q: My order got sent back to you?
A: If you put the incorrect shipping information, you are responsible to pay for another shipping label.
Q: Can I cancel my order ?
A: No. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Q: How do I pay ?
A: Via Paypal or Cash App. If you would like to pay using Cash App please send an email to [email protected] or an Instagram DM to @beautybybrittni with your order.
Q: How long will it take my order to get to me ?
A: It takes 3-5 business days for an order to be processed. It takes an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
Q: What to do with a damaged item ?
A: If an item is damaged upon arrival (12 hours after delivery) you may contact [email protected] with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. You will only receive a new item once the damaged item is sent back. If item is broken after that 12hours, there are no refunds.
